Today’s Workout-

Ok, so do ever wanna just break out into song while you’re working out? No? Maybe that’s just me. Today I seriously wanted to bust out singing…but I think I would have scared all of the gym patrons away ;). My playlist was definitely better than my workout, in fact, I don’t even remember much of it because in my head I was bustin’ out the lyrics – musical theater style πŸ™‚

Workout: 10 min erg, 30 min arc trainer, 10 min elliptical, abs

Yes, I was by myself, and still in my sweaty clothes. This is a no judgment space people. And, please don’t be jealous of my sweet dance moves ;). I’m totally kidding.

Time to shower, eat (thank god), study, and do laundry for the rest of the day. Sweet!

  1. >I have definitely almost fallen off the treadmill multiple times while jamming to britney spears! I also work out in the tiny room at my apartment complex and occasionally start singing out loud and hope that no one has come in the room.
