A Few of My Favorite Beauty Products
Hi friends :D. Happy Saturday!
I thought I’d keep things more lighthearted today and share with you some of my favorite beauty products!
1. NARS Bronzing Powder in Casino
This stuff goes on really easily and you don’t need a lot of it so it lasts for a while! The color looks really natural too and it’s easy to apply more if you want to add color.
2. Maybelline Volum’ Express the Falsies Mascara
This stuff is awesome and it really makes my eyelashes look longer and fuller! Another plus is that it doesn’t clump.
3. Murad Clarifying Body Spray
I don’t know about you, but my upper back and sometimes my chest, break out a lot because of the sweat accumulation around my sports bra (sorry to gross you out). This spray has salicylic acid in it to fight acne and it has a 360 degree spray so that if you need to tip the bottle upside down in order to get it on your back the stuff still comes out! Plus, after a few days of use my back and chest look really clear :).
4. Olay Wet Cleansing Cloths – Normal Skin
My face can only handle so much scrubbing and washing with facial cleanser without getting really irritated or broken out. These cloths are great to remove makeup and wash my face without irritating it. Also, they don’t dry my skin out at all!
I just recently bought this curl creme and I am in love with it! It really helps define my curls and it makes them soft, not crunchy! Plus, a little goes a long way so I have a feeling it will last me for a while.
6. Nivea A Kiss of Flavor Cherry Tinted Lip Care
I love lip balm. I use it all the time. This stuff is really nice when I want some lip color but don’t want to wear any lip-gloss!
Okay, that’s enough for now! I hope you all have a great Saturday :D.

I know nothing about beauty products and use the most basics of basics…but I am in LOVE with your new blog look! This was my first chance to see it. 🙂
Thank you Tina!! 😀
I’ll have to try that clarifying body spray… I break out sometimes on my back and shoulders too because I swear I sweat like a man. Haha.
My hair has a natural curl too, so I’m always looking for the best product to define the curls without making them crunchy. Right now, I use an Aussie mousse which works pretty well, but maybe I’ll need to try the Kenra stuff you recommended!
THANK YOU for posting about the spray! My back and chest have been breaking out lately too because of getting all schweaty working out, and I haven’t found anything yet that totally clears it up. It’s annoying. I hope we have that spray in Canada, I am totally going on a hunt for it!
That Nivea lip balm is my all-time fave 🙂
You’re welcome! I totally understand how annoying it can be! You could also look online too…and sephora usually has it!
I just found your blog and I love it!
My favorite beauty product must be OPI nail polish and cetaphil lotion!
PS I love love love nivea lip balm as well!
Yay! Thank you! OPI nail polish is awesome 🙂
Ooo! I’ve seen that Falsies mascara but haven’t had a chance to use it myself. I use the orange Covergirl one (I think it’s Covergirl), and I am OBSESSED with it! It never fails me 😉
Love the falsies mascara! I saw a commercial the other day for a newer falsies!! Its called falsies flared. It makes your lashes on the outer corner of your eyes longer. I want to try it regardless if it works!
I love this Lancome undereye concealer, that i use as regular concealer. You only need a little bit of it and the tube lasts a long time so it’s worth buying! I also love lancome juicy tube lip glosses!
Ohhh this is very good for me because I know absolutely NOTHING about beauty products and I’m (fingers crossed) going to be working in an office environment soon!
I am a big fan of creamy lip balms because that’s about all I use! 😛
I only know the basics… mascara, a bit of eyeliner and some foundation to hide those oh so lovely zits 🙂
These look great though, I need to get some bronzer for winter!
I love the bronzing powder by NARS! The only difference is I picked the shade called Laguna, because it worked better on my skin tone 🙂 Great post girly!
I love those Olay wipes – I use them instead of make up remove now; everything comes off soo easily!
My favourite product right now is Moroccan Oil hair mask — its this thick cream you put on for a bit (then rinse). My hair is super silky after.
I am bookmarking the clarifying spray! Thanks for sharing! 🙂
