Upper Body Strength Circuit

Hi guys! I hope you’re having a great weekend :).

I’ve got a short and sweet post for you guys today because Chris is leaving later this afternoon and I want to spend as much time with him as possible!

Aren’t we cute in our matching colors? πŸ˜‰

I wanted to share with you guys the upper body workout I did yesterday. It was killer…but awesome at the same time.

Upper Body Strength Circuit

*For each exercise, select a weight that causes you to be really fatigued at the end of the set.

**Complete the exercises back to back and then rest for about 1 min 30 sec. Repeat the circuit 2 more times.

Completing the circuit 3 times took me just under 25 minutes. Let me just tell you, my arms were dead after this workout! They felt like jello. But, it’s awesome to have your arms feel that tired sometimes. I had never done decline push-ups before, and I was super impressed with myself for being able to punch out 15 of those babies!

I followed up the circuit with some ab work and 15 minutes of intervals on the treadmill.

Ok friends, I’m off to spend some time with my man :). I hope you have an awesome Sunday!

**Check in tomorrow for an awesome giveaway!!!

What have you been up to this weekend?

Have you ever done decline push-ups or other variations of push-ups?
