Fitness Loves of the Week

This week I don’t have any new workouts for you, but I did film myself doing one of my favorite medicine ball exercises. Please excuse the random music in the background…someone else was in the room and they had it on!
I LOVE doing this exercise. It’s great to get your heart rate up, work the whole body, and with a heavier medicine ball it can really challenge your muscles!
