Fitness Loves of the Week

I am so pumped that today is the first day of “Fitness Loves of the Week”. Let’s get our FLOW on!!

This week I don’t have any new workouts for you, but I did film myself doing one of my favorite medicine ball exercises. Please excuse the random music in the background…someone else was in the room and they had it on!

I LOVE doing this exercise. It’s great to get your heart rate up, work the whole body, and with a heavier medicine ball it can really challenge your muscles!

  27. That moves looks really fun – except I’d be afraid that I might drop it on my head. I really might. I dropped my kettlebell three times this week. Haha.

    • Haha I thought I would drop it too but I was surprised that I didn’t! And I have totally dropped a kettlebell before. In the middle of the gym where everyone could see…so embarrassing!
