Quick Update

Hi everyone

I wanted to say thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for your wonderful comments about my grandpa. This community continues to amazing me every single day, and I feel incredibly blessed to have such an outpouring of support from you all. Thank you so much. I only hope that that I can support each and every one of you in the same way!

I just wanted to update you all on what’s happening. Yesterday after giving a presentation in class, I flew back to Columbus. Today I will be driving to Illinois with my mom and nana. His main funeral is this Saturday in Illinois. There will also be a service in Columbus later in March, but unfortunately I won’t be able to attend that one. I am just really happy to be surrounded by family right now and while this weekend is going to be sad, I also hope that we can celebrate what a great man my grandaddy was.

I am really sorry that I have been and will continue to be absent from the blog world this weekend. I know you all understand, but I still feel bad! That being said, I am going to go ahead with Fitness Loves of the Week tomorrow. I had some down time last night and as a way to distract myself I wrote up my workout for it.

I’m setting it up so that the post will go live around 2am, so any time after that you may all link up!
