Fitness Loves of the Week #9

Happy Friday!!!

It’s that time again…..FLOW baby :D.

I teased you guys on Monday with a sweaty picture of myself, saying that I completed an awesome workout last Friday. Well, no worries, I’m going to share it with you today!

While was in class last Friday and I was without a way to get to the gym, I came up with a little pyramid workout that I was inspired to create after seeing the one Lindsay posted about. Speaking of Lindsay, she had an AWESOME post yesterday highlighting favorite workouts from fellow FitFluential ambassadors!! If you need some workout ideas, you should totally check it out!

So, here’s the workout I did:

As I mentioned, this workout left me a sweaty mess with a bright red face. Literally, the sweat was dripping off of my shoulders haha.

Yes...it's the same pic from Monday hehe

I thought I would be able to complete that workout without resting between moves…but that wasn’t the case. So, I just rested for the least amount of time possible between moves- basically until I could catch my breath and get my heart rate down to a point where I could start working hard again!

Here are moves you may not be familiar with:

Anyway, it’s also time for Meg’s High Five Friday! This week, I am proud of myself for trying frozen peaches in my smoothie. This may sound silly to you, but I have never really liked peaches because the fuzz and texture freaks me the eff out. But, when it’s frozen and blended up in a smoothie, I can enjoy the taste without gagging! Woo hoo! πŸ˜€

Wanna participate in FLOW?

β€œFitness Loves of the Week” (FLOW) is a link-up party similar to What I Ate Wednesday except it’s all about fitness! On Fridays I will post either a routine that I have created that week, a picture or video of a move that I have done, or even a post abouta workout. You guys simply do something similar! If you’ve had a great workout/fitness post earlier in the week and you don’t want to make up a new one, you don’t have to! Simply grab the picture from my site, paste it in your Friday post, then when you link up you can use the link from whatever post of yours you want!
