Indoor Trampoline Park

Hi friends!!

I have two things to say about the Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park:

  2. I am sooooo incredibly sore today haha

I went trampolining (I think that’s a word..just go with it) with Chris and my two friends Kelly and Alicia!

We signed up to partake in the madness for an hour and were told that we had to wear some sweet and stylish shoes πŸ˜‰

I think I should get a pair don’t you?!

Anyway, there were a bunch of different trampoline areas. There were two dodgeball courts, a court for the really young and little kids, a court with a foam pit, and a big court for just jumping and flipping around!

We moved back and forth between the big court and the foam pit. Before we started our hour of trampolining, we were waiting for our time and saw all of these little kids walking out SUPER sweaty. Like, their faces were red and their hair was slick. We all looked at each other like, um….maybe we shouldn’t have showered earlier haha.

So we started jumping and basically after the first 15 minutes of jumping we were all sweating and breathing really hard. It was an amazing workout! We barely made it through the full hour because it was so exhausting- but in a really good way!

It was SO SO SO much fun! I would totally do it again! We had such a blast just jumping around and air dancing to the music that was being played. I was trying to bring back my cheerleading days and do some jumps- they weren’t that great haha. Then I finally got brave and was doing back handsprings and front and back flips. I felt so alive!! Man, I’ve missed doing stuff like that! My body however, doesn’t feel as young as it used to.

Ahhh such a fun day :D. Looking at these pics just makes me want to go back…although I think my body is going to need a few days to recover. If you ever have the opportunity to do something like this, GO! It’s amazing!

I hope you all have a great Thursday!

Have you ever been to a trampoline park??Β
